“Great place to go for a workout. It has a separate functional training room, plenty of cardio equipment, friendly staff, and a sauna. It does not have 24/7 CAC access.I was last there in Nov 2021 and the business hours posted were: 6am-6pm Mon to Friday, 8-2pm on Saturday-Sunday. Closed all Federal holidays. You may want to call them and confirm before going.”
