He made repairs for me fixing another shops mistakes, and his attention to detail and methodical process ended up catching a very small careless error by the previous shop, which saved me a lot of money. Another shop may have simply overlooked this, or continued working to upsell more repairs, but Tom had it patched back up quickly and under budget. He communicated at every step and was good on his word. I can't say enough great things about my experience with him. I would highly recommend him. Never trust a transmission problem with a regular corner mechanic, they just don't have the specialization, you will end up paying more for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.”
