By far the worst post office I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Doesn’t open on time, can’t deliver mail before 6pm, misplaces or just doesn’t deliver packages and requires you to pick them up yourself. The incompetency level at this establishment is at an all time high.

Went there @9 am today as the site says they open at 8:30 am normally I go to mount pocono post office because they are better as you can see by reviews people laughing haveing a good time and nothing is open door shut lights off no one wants to work anyway

This post office should have better management and train the delivery person better before sending them out by themselves I had an important document that needed to be signed by me in order to be delivered and i never received it tracking says it was delivered and signed by me for my understanding if something needs to be signed to be delivered they have to ask for ID to make sure that it belongs to the person. And this is not the first time that things have gotten lost in the mail I’m really fed up this document was really important

Worst post office ! My packages are constantly being marked as delivered but never actually being delivered (stolen) 😡 I also put in a change of address a year ago and my mail is still being delivered to my old address. Employees never reach back out when you inquire about missing packages ?????

Packages go missing constantly. Mail doesn’t get delivered or lost. Starting to think all the missing packages are stolen with the knowledge of John the postmaster. As it seems crazy that even with cameras on our property he insists our packages are delivered. Man is a liar. This place needs to be investigated as it seems to be an ongoing issue with this post office. We did file a complaint against the postmaster at this post office. Hopefully the postal service will remove John from his position as he is unfit to be in charge of the post office.

In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.

They never deliver mail on time and if you have a package coming they mark as can’t access property or some other issue. I have a horseshoe shape drive way, cameras outside, and they never stopped to deliver my package. Today they marked it as can’t access the property because they are lazy to get out the vehicle. Our delivery person is an older woman name Lorrey or Lorri and I’m always having issues with her delivering my mail or packages. The store manager here tried to make it seem that maybe my house isn’t accessible and that’s why she didn’t come. But when I said should I pull out the camera recordings? He decided to believe me and said he would look into it. If you don’t want to work, give the job to someone who does and will do it. I expect my package tomorrow and corporate should consider hiring a whole new crew at this location. People have important mail and packages coming in. Things should be delivered.

Shipper sent package to wrong address and did not want to help my husband with his order so we took a chance and went to the post office in Tobyhanna at first we were worried that we would not be helped but the crew there went above and beyond to help us John Brush personally took care of our nightmare and turned it positive people need to understand how important the us post office is to us leave them alone let them do their job and stop traumatizing them I pray the government leaves your jobs alone we need you so much fantastic job guys thanks again

By far the worst customer service ever. I checked hours online since nothing is posted on the door it said 8:30am. Was there by 8:20 @ 8:50am I went in and pulled on the door, at that time a gentleman came out yelling yanking on the door won't change the situation and proceeded to open the door. I said online says you open at 8:30am at which time I was told so what maybe I should get a job and not come bothering them, excuse me you picked a job in the post office if your not happy get a new job. I work overnight and get in 15 minutes early so I'm ready at start time someone needs to teach them how to do things right including customer service.

The worst post service ever. Loosing packages all the time. For the past 4 months I lost 6 packages which were marked as delivered, but never came in. Went to the post office to complain 3 times. The manager had telling me that they were misdeliverd and will arrive next day, but that never happened. Wrote the letter to the postmaster

This is the worst post office!!!!!!The mail is being mixed up and send to different addresses which inconvenience or create troubleThere's been many occasions I had to drop off wrong delivered mail to my neighbors or return to the delivery personThis is seriously the worst post office in the area ??
