totally unnecessary to have three to four hours of unloading time this is a multi billion dollar company and they don’t care about the outside truck drivers they’ll make you wait and wait

“I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart distribution center. It took nearly 6 hours to unload my truck, which is completely unacceptable and wasted a significant amount of my time. Efficient unloading is a basic expectation for any professional operation, and this facility fell far short. I hope management addresses these delays to improve service for drivers in the future.”

Hated it, was in the dock for 7 hrs for a straight 20,000lb load with maybe 6 trucks in the whole delivering mostly cold and frozen, I was dry.

Nobody cares about how smooth your stupid drop and hooks go here. This place does not care about actual truck driver time. Appt 1700. Arrived 1630. Zero update at 2200. Detention time is the number one cause of fatal collisions by semi trucks per the FMCSA. Thanks for killing more people, Walmart.

EXTREMELY slow with giving you your signed paperwork once unloaded. Please avoid this place because there's no regard for your time which is very sad!!

I got here an hour before my appointment because I didn't want to chance being late in rush hour traffic. I was told they wouldn't start unloading to my appointment time. I was fine with that. Now 4 hours have gone by and in usual Wal-Mart fashion, they don't give a flying shit about my next appointments, absolutely no regard for anybody but their stinking gloated self. To lose a load on a Friday, means I will not work all weekend!! This is why me and my family will not spend a dime this holiday season at Walmart ...

Good service but if they should improve the paper delivery time, late 3 hours could be faster because we need to pick up another load to leave that mountainous area soon

I had delivery with JB Hunt team.. They messed me up. Delivery was supposed to be 12 pm noon.. but when I checked in, they said your appointment is tomorrow 9 am morning..then I request the lady over there . she rescheduled my appointment at 5pm evening...lady was too nice and helpful..but they take a lot of time while check in..come on only 2 hours before your delivery time. Speed limit 15 mph over there.
