I was in your store on March 7th 2025 and there was a woman who said she was a assistant manager berating and being downright rude and ignorant to a employee linda who was trying to help a customer. Not only I but other customers could hear her. Threatening to send her home. She is always walking around on her phone and no where to be found when employees need her. Not a good look for your company.

This location is such a nice place to shop at. First of all, the people who work here are FRIENDLY and they smile. They help you if you need it but are not overly pushy. Second, they are well stocked in the things my family has personally looked for (which is random- everything from rubber floor matting to dog food to deer food to garden plants)The store is also always clean .They seamlessly offer curbside pick up as needed or on site pick up. Communication is clear and consistent with orders or order status. You may be looking for garden soil or chicken wire here, but you are also guaranteed to find customer service. P.S: the chicks are adorable + 1 star extra for them, They always look well cared for, watered and fed.

Love this location! They are always so sweet, kind and helpful. We use the dog bath a lot and it’s always ready to go when we need it, it stays clean too. When we go in we always go straight to the register because my dog had figured out that whenever we go the workers spoil him with treats and attention. The workers are amazing and truly live up their company’s slogan about being neighborly!
