Was told that my prescription was out of stock but would be available a couple days later after 6 PM. So I show up at that time and they say they are still out of stock and have no clue when they'll get more. Complete waste of my time.

If you like long lines and robocalls, this is the place for you. If you are looking to get your prescriptions filled, I would look elsewhere. They don't seem to be able to handle that task in any sort of convenient or timely manner.

The staff in this pharmacy act like they absolutely hate their jobs! So rude and unprofessional! I didn't get a hello or a good morning...nothing from Joleen today while going through the drive up window, she just demanded my last name and dob. Every time I go to this location it's always a run around to get my prescriptions also, always end up waiting 30 minutes or longer.

I love going to this place. I am elderly. I met Samantha, the manager in training. She talks too fast. She is nice but early in the morning I am not a morning person, but I love buying random stuff at CVS. Please talk slower. My brain cannot process things that quick especially when you talk too fast. She is attentive but seem to be quick on doing things without smiling or asking what a person needs. It seems like her voice is calling me out and putting me at a spotlight, which makes me embarrassed. Samantha please slow down and listen to customer concerns and needs before doing quick things and quick talks because it makes me paranoid.

Very poor customer relations. They have no business working with the sick or elderly......my mother asked for assistance @ the pharmacy, just to be dismissed by the worker. People don't go to a pharmacy for kicks, they're actually sick & need help. I wouldn't recommend this place for my loved one.

Pharmacy never has medicine ready. Young man at the register is anything but helpful!! He is actually a bit on the rude side. A little old lady just left without her medicine. He wasn't able to help & didn't find her anyone to assist her either. Awful customer service.

CVS pharmacy is generally very helpful but some of the newer hires are not as responsive.But, (and I hate to start out with a preposition) the front has a particular employee who needs a definite talking to.I would say that 90 percent of the customers come into a pharmacy because they are ill and need a prescription. Which of course is a way one treats something they have no control over and are hoping that once they enter this store they are treated with dignity and most importantly empathy. One of the older male employees who works the front, does everything to do the opposite.I must live in this community because I am caring for another individual who has even more problems than I. I’m sorry I can’t walk in with a slew of relatives or a six foot body guard to gain his respect and his undivided attention. I’ve given him every chance to man up!

Simply will not take the time to look up prescriptions properly, quick to brush you off by saying go park and come inside, they are fast to assume your prescription is at another location. Finding out after numerous calls tracking where the items is, only to be told it was at the original location visited. All it takes is to asked a manager or co for assistance before wrongfully sending the customer off on a wild goose chase.

I've been using this pharmacy frequently when I'm in town, and have never had a bad experience. The store and pharmacy staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Staff told me insulin is a first come first serve basis. What if I die because I dont have my life saving medications? It's been 3 days and insulin still out of stock. Prescriptions are never done on time and they dont have enough in stock. They always have to order order order my prescriptions because they are out of stock. They shouldn't be going all going on lunch break at the same time if they can't fill ALL prescription on time. They need to fix their attitude with the first come first serve basis because running out of insulin is not a laughing matter.
