“I have always been pleased with Verizon & someone like Nick keeps me coming back. He is not only very customer oriented but is a polite salesperson /manager. He handle 2 customer (but 4 lines/people) at the same time & answered questions & realized my finances were little. Anyone in the store would have thought we were having a party but because of Nick &Eric , myself & other cstomers we stayed positive & patient & laughed. I have been approached by other services/companies but I always say I'm not fixing what isn't broke. Thanks”
