Owners was very friendly, courteous and took the time to listen to me. I explained that I was over an hour away and had to have two rings cut off my fingers and they needed repairs and resized. He told me when his hours were and he also told me a couple days when they would be shut down early because of personal matters (with the children for school events). I decided to give him a try. And I am So Happy with my rings. They are Flawless!! They are shiny, resized, prongs tightened and they are fixed like they should be the first time.
