I had curly hair that was probably 7-8 inches long when I went in. I sat down and asked for 1 inch off and some layering. She started by cutting my bangs very short without asking me, then unevenly cutting off hair, when I thought she was almost done she had cut off probably 3 inches and said she wanted to "shape" my hair more, so she did. I ended up with an uneven haircut that is now about 1-2 inches long. She just cut off a majority of my hair when all I wanted was a trim. I don't know how she is allowed to cut hair.

I am very picky about my hair, but I needed a convenient appointment. I took a chance on Hailey for highlights and she did a PHENOMENAL job. I've gone to her a few times now and I'm impressed every time. Highly recommend her.

My stepdaughter went there and the lady that cut her hair, cut it into a mullet then permed it!!?? The "stylist" should have known that it wasnt going to look good, but didnt want to lose her money i think. In my opinion she shouldnt have been paid. I dont think alot of the people doing hair there has a cosmetology license. Sorry, but it was a horrible experience that we are still trying to fix! Never seen her cry so hard , when it should have been a little confidence booster. Instead she was embarrassed and didnt want to be seen by her friends. Ill never go there again, but the people working there should start telling their clients if they know the cut, color, or style they want isnt going to look good on them. This was our experience. Not a very happy one.

The first time I got it colored did not come out the way I wanted. It was way too dark and not what I wanted. But I came back the next day and shared my concerns and they fixed it as best they could without damaging it free of charge. Great service overallService: Hair coloring
