If I could give zero stars I would. I am highly disappointed in this store. As one of the highest priced stores in our small town. It's suppose to have high quality items. My experience was over the last week . And this isn't the first time either I have went there to get a cake for my children for their birthdays.. however I went in a few days ago to pick out a birthday cake for my young daughter who is turning 9, she wanted a ice cream cake. When I went to the cake section all their small ice cream cakes were melted so bad there was hardly any cake left. You would think with the ppl who stalk the shelves and go around taking inventory weekly they would notice and remove and replace right? Noo i said something to the lady in bakery they said they would take care of it. Now 5 days later in back in the store the morning of my daughter birthday and I go to check again and what do I find? The same 5 cakes still on thay self untouched. So I took all the cakes out and took them to the baker girl that was taking inventory on her tablet right next to this section and I told her the same thing I showed her the cakes and told her these don't belong on the self period like that and not to mention they have these small cakes completely melted priced at $21.99 out. Not only are you not checking ur items but ur selling bad items for expensive pricing not even a mark down ? It's disgusting to see this in such a high quality store. Like is like having moldy bread out for display.. you have these ppl assigned to depts for what? To stand there mark things off on a tablet and not actually looking at the items. ? So now I have decided to make my daughter her own cake from scratch because I can't trust the quality of their cakes or items in this store. Topps you need to do better at training your employees and teaching them the correct way to check items when they do inventory. And if u see something like that to remove it immediately off the shelves. We have enough hardship in this world going on. And we can't even trust the grocery store when have in our small town. I shouldn't have to drive 30 to 40 min to a different store to expect better quality. I'm sad to say but Topps needs to get their act together big time. Highly disappointed i had to experience this for my daughter birthday. I hope they see this and really make some improvements.

I had an issue with their produce that I purchased. I contacted the main office via email and within one day, I was then contacted by Jaime from this store about fixing my issue. Wow. I am so impressed that after one email, my issue was addressed and rectified beyond my expectations. Thank you Jaime. I will say this - stop using this forum as a place to complain - call the store and talk to them. They can't help you if you don't tell them personally. Thanks again for taking care of me.

Customer service is great! Quality of produce and meat is comparable to a dumpster dive on a hot day in new jersey. They should outsource locally.

Absolutely disgusting. I shop here only a few times a year when I'm visiting family and I consistently have issues with buying rotten produce and rancid meat. It's hard to check some of the items, so make sure to check the packaging of anything fresh thoroughly, and make sure the meat isn't being sold beyond its expiration.

I recently visited this store after many years & it was an amazing & positive experience! I was waited on hand & foot. The Manager was eager to help me find what I wanted. The food choices were wide & varied... another employee helped me find everything I needed. I highly recommend that in Bradford County as the best stocked Tops Supermarket, with the most helpful employees in the region!

Very nice and complete store. Tops can be pricey, but there are some good buys and their quality is very good.
