refused to service furnace because I did not purchase my fuel oil from them.

Just had WOC put in a new high efficiency propane boiler. It was done very professionally and with excellent customer service all around! The main technician, Chris was excellent as was everyone else at their company. I look forward to being their customer for many years.

Was promised a propane delivery after the tank install but after the install they said it would be an additional week to fill it due to a mix up and no accommodations were made to meet my needs sooner. Very disappointed in them and went elsewhere for propane services.
