Customer service at the Tower City, PA USPS location was noticeably rude and unhelpful. Staff should be more patient and professional, especially when assisting with unfamiliar processes like international shipping.

Would be nice if the mail carrier would put my mail in my mailbox and not someone else's. I don't like my mail laid on my doorstep sometime during the night.
