“I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!”

Dustin and his crew were so professional, polite, and handled everything I owned with care and delicacy.
They wrapped tvs and things I wouldn’t even think needed it. They had to take apart a table and put it back together, and take a door off to get the couch in and they treated each challenge with grace and not frustration.
Coordinating was hassle free, crew was on time. Every detail you’d want in a moving company was on point.
Sure another moving company might be a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. And your valuables are valuable so hire the professionals who care aka Ryan.
