Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto service station. Dan was thorough & knowledgeable in his diagnosis and explanation, he went above and beyond, was kind, courteous, and incredibly understanding of the clients need to have their vehicle back up and running in a timely manner. I would and already have recommend Rutledge Auto Service to others. 10/10 in my book!

Dan and his staff are friendly, professional and skillful. Although they are always busy, which of course is a good sign that you are in right place, they have always taken the time to answer my questions. And of course their work is always excellent.

Rutledge auto sets itself apart from others not only because they have exceptional mechanics but they do business with honesty and integrity. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to them. If you are like most people who are afraid of a mechanic ripping you off, I would suggest giving Dan and his team the opportunity to give you a second opinion.

Dan and his team are beyond amazing at what they do and using quality parts. We know if our car is there that it will return perfectly safe for our two kids. My husband's car was making a rattling sound. When I went to pick up the car, the owner was happy to show me the part of my husband's car that was causing the issue. He was very enthusiastic to show me this part and explain what was going on (which is very helpful considering I don't know much about cars!) Definitely a great family business! Will return!

Very professional and honest even though I am a woman and 78. Earlier poster thought I was taken advantage of for those reasons. False accusation. Dan and company did the correct thing in replacing my daughters 2020 jeep Pirelli tires after 28k miles. I have pictures of back tire almost smooth in middle and wear on other tires. No way they would see 65k miles for which they are warranted. You can trust Dan and company to keep your family cars safe.Services: Tyres
