“This is my second year that I've taken my SUV to Kloos Services Station for inspection and Bill, the owner, there, is so nice and eased my nervousness since I always stress about my vehicle at inspection time, every year.He even took my vehicle in an hour earlier than what I had scheduled since he must not have had any appointments before noon. I'm not sure. But my vehicle passed inspection and he told me that I will need to get new tires before winter season starts.I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, reliable mechanic, who puts their customers first and won't rip them off, like other places have that I've gone to. I won't go to anyone else for vehicle services other than these guys! Their customer service is great!”

“I was looking at a Kicks and Zach approached myself and my girlfriend asking us if we needed any help. I explained to him that I was contemplating getting one because I liked the price and wasn't sure if it would work out for myself and my children. My girlfriend and Zach started talking and I'm extremely glad that they did. I met one of the most honest and straight forward car salesman I've ever dealt with. I was concerned because I just finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy about 5 months ago and I was afraid I wouldn't get financed without putting a lot of money down. He assured me that he deals with credit issues all the time and that I had nothing to worry about. So I didn't get a brand new Nissan but I got a two year old Rogue with everything that I could want and need. “The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. There was tree sap on the top of my car that had been there for a long time. Multiple washes had not removed it. All of the tree sap was gone! Not only did you guys fix my car, but you went above and beyond and returned it cleaner than when I left it there. Thank you!”
