Absolutely Horrible Roads and Abandoned Mobile Homes Needs to be takin care of immediately

I have family that live there and DON'T want to cause problems. But from what I've seen the trailers there aren't in very good shape.Getting worse. Nothing taken care of.

I haven't lived there but been there often. Found management to be helpful and the owner accommodating. There have been allot of improvements over the last 6 months. If you like a quite country park, this is the place for you.

From Scenic Mobile Home Park
Mobile Home Park servicing the Transfer and surrounding areas. Quiet park like setting with flat lands and beautiful paved roads. Excellent place to live for any family.
Park is under new management recently and is focused on providing a safe place to live, raise a family or even retire.
