For two days, we tried to contact them. No response finally get an email right before they close. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They text my mother and told her to call asap, she calls and No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. No one contacts you back. I have sent numerous emails. I have left numerous voicemails. I have called over 40 times no one calls back. No one responds. Because of these people, I am out hundreds of dollars for a U-Haul I rented to unload my mother’s storage unit. Do you think they care NO. Sickening.

Rented a unit because we were having an event next door and it would be easy to get our items and then store them after the event.
Call and e mailed with a request to be able to get into unit a little later that day past the closing time. The phone call and the e mail both were responded with we will forward this request to a supervisor and they will call or email you in a few days. Not once did anyone respond.
I also notified them by email that I vacated and they responded and then two weeks later notified me that my payment was due.
Terrible customer service. Will find something else the next time I need storage.

My initial reservation was confusing, & a mess! Unit ended up being reserved @ wrong location plus a lot of phone tag to complete the rental agreement to which I was told when having issues e-signing, that I needed a laptop or computer (I have neither- use my phone for everything) which was a huge hassle! Upon resolving the issue, I contacted customer Svc & a gentleman named Jon contacted me via txt! He was kind & compassionate to my frustration, confusion & distress! He had helped find a unit in the correct area, refunded pmt frm other unit location, set up new agreement to which I was actually ABLE to sign via mobile w/ no issues & sent me confirmation of every doc for proof. He went above and beyond to resolve our dilemma & helped me regain my sanity through this stressful moving process!! I couldn't thank him enough!! Great job!!

Absolutely horrible under the new ownership. One girl runs all the units (Nationwide) via cell phone. Nobody in the office ever..No Return Calls, etc. I've rented off Kathy since 2005, she was the best.. local storage is the worst service I have had. (Update) I was contacted today 9/12/22 and told this review is defamation and I may be held liable.. $50 per lock Anthony, plus shipping.. but no hidden charges,right? PS:I leave a lot of good reviews as well.

Customer service is very helpful and the facility is very secure. Gated all the way around. Will recommend to any friends or family looking to store stuff.

Customer service is very helpful. They reached out to me shortly after I made a reservation and helped me complete the process over the phone. I didn't have to sign any paperwork in person. Everything was handled online and over the phone and then I was able to just start moving my stuff in. Will recommend this to company to friends and family.
