“Rays’s greenhouse is run by some of the nicest Mennonites I have ever met. Everything is healthy, affordable, and cared for. I can’t think of a better place to buy plants because they are in healthy, happy soil. They produce which they also sell is fantastic!”

“I live out of state and called to order a snake plant for Mother’s Day. They sent me photos of the plant options and some pots to chose from. They planted the snake plant in the pot I chose and had it ready for pick up. Great service and easy to work with. My mom loves the plant!”
“Very friendly knowledgeable person willing to help out she did have what I needed sent me to another store just sold out as I arrived. Better thing was willing to help out.”
“The owner Joe and his staff were so very helpful when we were purchasing plantings for our new flower beds. We had a drawing and list of what we wanted/thought we wanted. Joe answered all of our questions and made recommendations on a few changes we were making due to some plants not being deer resistant. He is very knowledgeable. His team member (I didn’t get her name) happily assisted in pulling all the plants and trees and helped bring them to our truck. Joe also helped with potting soil for indoor plants. We had a great experience and our new flower beds look great. We will be shopping there again when we’re ready for some annual filler plants as we continue to work on the beds. They also have a very cute, well stocked store/gift shop and the cashier in there was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Joe & Staff”

“My husband and I have been going to Hetrick Gardens now for over 5 years. From their pricing and selection of mulch bushes and trees, to their knowledgeable staff — we are always impressed. Most recently, one of their staff named Taylor was extremely patient with us and took time out of her busy day to understand which landscape pieces we were wanting. She taught us about our zone, which plants would work best growing in pots vs in the ground, and she genuinely made our experience excellent. Employees like Taylor make us eager to go back!”
“Ott's is great horticulture experience !
A field trip for plant lovers, they offer the best of the hard to find varieties to purchase, and an arboretum full of exotic full grown specimens.”
“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Jillian was sooo helpful and she has soo much great advice! I loved how clean and organized it was-beautiful selection and I will recommend to lots of my friends!”
“My husband and I have visited Yeagers for many years and have enjoyed walking the field to find the perfect tree for Christmas. This year, due to health issues walking thru the fields was not possible. We had to settle for a pre-cut tree. We were told the trees had been cut a day or so before and were from North Carolina. I was dubious of the freshness, but the young man helping us assured us that the tree was healthy. Well here it is, January 11 and we are are taking down a still fresh fraiser fur tree. Very few needles have dropped and we couldn't be happier about our tree. Thank you Yeagers and we'll see you in December!”
“Such a cute place for kids and adults! There fall festival doesn't start until October 11th and is every sat until the 26th. Looking forward to coming here for that! The horse is very friendly! They have chickens and goats as well. Easy to get to as well! Bonus; they have ice cream and water ice!”

“Very pleasant gentleman returned my call and ended my search for purple basil. I highly recommend. Hearty plants, huge selection. I wish I had shopped here first! Next season I will. Thank you!!”
“These people were amazing! They helped me locate glass inserts for my outdoor lighting. They were super nice, professional, helpful and at a great price! I highly recommend them!”
“Excellent service, we have been there many times for plants and landscaping products. We purchased a hot tub last year. All great experiences. They even helped my son with an Eagle Scout project! Awesome”
“Clear communication. I needed stone delivered to an awkward spot. They responded back with “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.” Stone was delivered without damage to that awkward/hard spot. Job well done, thank you!!”
“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
“I want to leave a positive review for your store in regards to the outstanding service I received. Brian Raab- provided outstanding customer service and knowledge in regards to an issue I had with an appliance order. He was very compassionate and understanding. What an amazing asset to your company to have such an awesome employee. Good job Home Depot!! ❤️”
“I can only speak on the Paint department at Home Depot. Abdul was the associate who helped us at Home Depot and was very kind and patient. My sister and I had a lot of questions and he didn't mind answering every single one. Thanks, Abdul!”
“Dwayne is absolutely AMAZING! The manufacturer drops the ball and pretty much didn’t want to do anything. I bought the equipment back to Home Depot. Instead of sending me back to dealing with the manufacture. Dwayne listened to me patiently, and helped me solve my problems. He is such an amazing human being and AWESOME customer service representative. Dwayne for employee of the year !!!”
“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
“Tomás at the King of Prussia Home Depot tool rental department was extremely helpful and made sure I rented a truck that I was comfortable driving. Great service, I'll be back for any other tool or vehicle rental needs.”
“Owen in the door department was great! I came in one day with my four kids after having an accident with one of my sliding glass doors. He had a model on his desk and let my boys play with while helping me find a replacement. He explained how to find the part number and gave me his card to continue over the phone once I got home. Helped me find what I needed at a great rate! In my opinion he went above and beyond what I expected! Great Job Home Depot!”
