We are first time homebuyers and were intimidated with the task of painting our first home. I was recommended this location, and I could not be happier. Michael was extremely helpful and guided us through the various options we can choose from, offered his honest input, and even helped load the paint into our car! The store itself was impeccable, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and fully knowledgeable about the products we were buying. This store made a customer for life!

Employees are less then helpful at this store only all the other stores are great.

I just came in to get the paint issue fixed, which was originally screwed up back in June. I never had the time to return until now. When this first happened, I was told I could come in anytime to have it fixed. However, Alex, the manager, is now refusing to honor that promise.

Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the senior guys really took his time to dig up info to get the right color from a past contractor. Appreciate his time and effort.

Kelly could not have been friendlier. She was incredibly helpful and even gave my young boys a demo of the paint manufacturing process. They loved our trip to the paint store!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have painting issues or picking colors. Store is clean and easy to navigate.

I was disappointed with my experience at Sherwin Williams. I asked the staff representative for honest help because I was unsure of how much paint I needed for three bedrooms in my home. He tried getting me to purchase five gallons of paint per-room, and way too much primer. Thankfully I was able to consult with my roommate before making the purchase and learned it was an absurd amount of paint for the space. Overall, I felt ripped off and taken advantage of and he put me in an uncomfortable situation. Would not recommend.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with giving us advice to pick the right paint for our house. He made sure we had the right tools, explained the difference in paint types, and even helped carry the paint out to my car. It was a great experience considering I've never had to paint shop before and I feel more prepared. The service was fantastic and the paint quality was nice

I did not have a good experience with the employee who made up my paint on 12/28/21. He was all alone in there and yet managed to have a bitter attitude about having to make up a gallon of paint. I mentioned I had called yesterday and ordered it and the girl told me it would take 5 minutes, but he acted like it was my fault that there was no record of it in the system. When I showed him my phone with the store number under recent phone calls dated yesterday he finally decided he would try a little harder. Then he asked what the name of the color was I said I don't recall exactly the name of it, but I could call my wife. When I got the name from her he found the order and then made it up in three minutes, then tried to charge me $70. I told him I have been a customer for many years and never paid that much. I then told him I had rental properties (which I do) and he magically lowered the price to under $50. I will not be visiting this store again. There is a better one in Royersford.

Absolute rip-off. Charged $30.00 for a quart of paint. For perspective, we paid $50.00 for a full gallon the year prior using the same brand! Not only that, the guy gave the price AFTER he mixed it. I have little doubt they'll blame the price on some sort of shortage, but that kind of mark up is absolute garbage. I am never using Sherwin Williams again. Even our contractors were appalled.
