I needed help with masonry work. Bolting a gazebo to footers. The sales staff was so helpful with the proper fasteners and diy tips. Awesome service!!

The gentlemen here are quite knowledgeable with things that you need. Every time I walk in they ask me right away what I need and give me the exact location. I never have to spend time wandering around trying to find it. This is an old-school hardware store with old-school customer service. These guys should be teaching the staff at Home Depot and Lowe's.

So many options in this store, it’s slightly overwhelming (in a good way). The employees offered help when I looked lost and they were very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes I need a special screw or something else that I don't think I can find in an actual store and am surprised that they actually have it. Not only that, the employees actually know what I'm asking for and lead me right to it. They also have an all in one cabinet paint that makes your project turn out beautifully. Lastly, I received an unexpected act of kindness from them that meant the world to me and they have a customer for life now
