“I can’t recommend Bob’s Gas Shop enough! He went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road. Even though he was getting ready to leave for vacation, he squeezed me into his schedule, ordered the part I needed right away, and made sure the repair was completed before he left.
As someone who depends on my truck for work, he understood how difficult and disruptive it is to operate out of a rental vehicle. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers the way Bob does.

If you're coming from Route 1, just remember: the parts center is behind the main building, not at the showroom entrance. Saves you the detour I took.”
“Glenn's does a great job of being honest about what repairs are needed and how it needs to be done. They are upfront about costs and time to resolve an issue, even if means they make less money on a repair than a less scrupulous facility. I think they are trustworthy as a customer myself. My father has been a customer for more than 25 years and swears by these guys, and their son, and my father is now an 84 year old car guy that used to do all his own maintenance but can't anymore. These guys are the ones he and I trust.”

“I've been coming here for my maintenance since I moved around the area about 5yrs ago. I have worked with 3 different service associates and they all were pretty professional and honest, not forcing you to do any services if your vehicle doesn't requires. I also have a few times working with one of their sales associates. Service wise, I believe I would prefer Faulkner. Sales wise, I think the sales associates I worked with at another location seems to be more friendly and polite to me. And buying parts definitely refers back to Faulkner because even if it's same part, other Toyota location actually charges different and higher price than Faulkner.”
