“I can definitely say I love the way that your store displays the pants and other items. The staff is very efficient. On the not so good side I know for certain my items are worth more and I am disappointed in little amount I received, as I know my denim jackets with original tags new are worth much more. Yet I only received $47 for my higher priced items. Since my friend took me to your store, I decided to rid myself of the burden and even donated the remainder of my belongings. I did not feel the respect that I deserved for my time and gas and l sense that you you made you made out big in the end. So I could really use the $100! My time is more valuable then you priced it. I did not even get a Merry Xmas. I guess that as well. I gave 5 stars for the potential of your stores, not for the fairness. I worked in public for years, and I am excellent when it comes to the content and fairness of service. I did not get what I've given over the years. The customer service though professional, lacks in true respects and human kindness. So please higher people who really love working with the public. I have lived a life beyond the world they come from and customer service is everything!!!! In other words, your store is great, the value, and value of people need some work! “I love k&g it's your one stop shop for all things semi formal and formal plus a few casual things too. They have dresses, suits, button ups, skirts, separates and assessories for women. That have suits,ties and separates for both men and young men. They have shoes for everyone and they carry jackets and coats. They have a tailor in store and she does great work. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and shopping.marrinucci's deli is at the corner for a great sandwich”

“I visited the Boot N Shoot boutique shop this past weekend with my husband to find a supportive, comfortable pair of boots.
I have a connective tissue disease, that causes some mobility issues, and weak and painful feet and ankles. Shoe shopping is not something I enjoy due to this. The owner Mariana was such a breath of fresh air!
Shopping at her boutique felt like shopping with a good girlfriend! She was SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. She was just lovely!
She spent so much time with me, listened to my concerns, and successfully helped me find the perfect pair.
The boots I selected are both cute and comfortable! (so supportive I was able to walk around for hours that evening at Peddlers a village without any discomfort!)

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! So an hour before they closed I ran into Calvin Klein and started looking around.I myself have no fashion sense but I was tryna put some things together. That’s when Jamana came over and gave me some well needed advice. “We lost my mom and her wish for the funeral was for everyone to wear bright colors. Knowing I had nothing warm and brightly colored (it was in November and very cold), I dragged myself out to 25 South and the surrounding DW boutiques to try to find something that would fulfill her final wish despite being barely functioning. The kindness I was met with by Jamie that day is something I will never forget. He was understanding, helpful and gentle with my husband and I as we were still processing our grief. As someone who also works in sales, I can say from experience that his genuine kindness and warmth is something that you don’t find much these days. I had to only give two stars because I specifically ordered a more expensive pair of socks because of the cowgirl design for my friend and I received a pair of socks with pink bows instead. The rest of the order was correct, but it messed up my birthday gift bag for my friend.
Customer service has reached out and offered to send the correct socks complimentary, very good customer service. I will shop here again!!”
