The trevose location is superb! Shaun is super professional and helpful. We were extremely pleased with the vehicle (Ford Expedition Max), had it for a week, with no issues and lots of comfort/room. Will definitely use this location over some closer to us.

Terrible service! Spoke with the mgr twice that week to confirm my reservation. Got there and was greeted by a nice young man, who I assume was just the CSR at the rental counter. My veh I reserved was not there. The mgr tried to give me a smaller vehicle, and when I refused, laughed at me like I was a joke. It was so unprofessional. He went back and forth with me about my choice of vehicle and what I considered to be comfortable for me. And stated he couldn’t give me a bigger car for free.. I never stated anything about a free upgrade, I just wanted what I reserved. he stated the person before me kept it longer. He did nothing to try to find me a replacement. Until I asked him to call another location. I’d never choose this location as long as hes the mgr. he’s unprofessional and rude. He didn’t know what I had to do. And to be rude! I could’ve been taking a long drive to my mothers funeral, and he’s laughing… He should not be in a leadership role for any company until hes more professional

Love the experience I had at enterprise. Sean Kerchak is a Phenomenal manager!! Give this guy a raise 🙌 he made my experience so smooth and make me wanna come back everything.

I had a great experience with Sean and Angel. I have a demanding job, they were able to accommodate what I need after I was given an unsatisfactory vehicle - they immediately addressed the issue by finding a car that works for my needs and delivering it to me. They were both very professional and helpful. I highly recommend seeing either of these gentlemen for help with your vehicle. I’ll be back again soon!
