Pleased with the work that I has been done or gotten done and to be done in the future. Staff seems great, just not sure A/C is something they specialize in on cars 25 years old.
Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.
