It sounded like a good idea saving money going through them, but trust me, They would send medications most times a week past refill date even on autofill, and they still want to call confirming meds be sent but it’s still after you run out and on autofill (guess they get lonely)
Don’t use them if you have open mailboxes or if your neighbor gets your mail a lot.
They are just a cheap company for businesses to switch to to save themselves boatloads.
Stick with local if you can.

Update: it gets even worse. I finally got the replacement they mentioned below and despite my text from them saying I was getting one 51 day supply and one 70 day supply of different dosages their expedited to replacement is 2 30 day supplies but yet they charge me $65 each like I was getting the full amount. I’m currently on hold with them. This has been the worst experience ever! do not order from this company ever! They can’t even get their replacements right! I’m currently listening to the rep telling me that they don’t break up packages so the text told me from them that I was paying $65 for a 51 day supply and $65 far a 70 day supply but they think it’s all right to send me 30 day supplies of each for those charges. This place is a total rip off! It’s a shame, but it seems I’m going to have to dispute this through my bank! What a bunch of absolute crooks!
Had originally ordered my Tirosint through CVS mail and delivery was quick and easy. My endocrinologist suggested Transition Pharmacy may be cheaper. I ordered from them on December 20. When almost 2 weeks went by and I was running out of medication. I called them to find out where my medication was. They use some sort of service called UPS mail innovations that’s supposed to go from UPS to USPS. Tracking had stopped updating on 12/28 and it was 1/3 at the time I called but they said I had to wait until 1/7 for a replacement to be ordered. So of course I called back first thing on January 7. Tracking still had not moved since December 28. When I called on January 7, a different rep told me she would put in a replacement request and I would be notified within 24 hours if it was approved. Keep in mind this is medication I need and am out of. I did not receive a notification within the 24 hours so I had to call back this morning on January 8. I found out that they have not even shipped the replacement and we’re not honoring my request for expedited shipping and were sending it out the very same slow way Where it is apparently gotten lost before. And to top it off, they won’t even promise me they’ll send it out today three weeks after I ordered !This was my experience. I’ve asked for a refund so I could order from CVS and but the rep said they are unlikely to grant it! It seems they think I should just wait for them to ship another package on their terms for medication I am out of and ordered in good faith weeks ago. They are truly horrible, and you should avoid them at all costs!

How do I start? This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company dealing with my medication. The company was presented to me because my company pays for the prescriptions and you get them for free sometimes free isn’t always good one I ordered prescriptions 2 1/2 weeks ago and I’m still missing a prescription to top it off. It’s a blood pressure medication that I need. I’ve been promised the medication by two or three representatives with the company that would be at my house within the 48 hours that didn’t happen The one thing I have to tell you if you really need your medication do not go with this company. I have never done a review about a company before but the experience that I’ve had with this company was so terrible. I had to tell other people about it. One they sent you a UPS tracking code for your to track your prescriptions the prescriptions don’t even come by UPS supposedly they say they use UPS to get the prescriptions out of the place that they put them in the bottles in and then they put them in the regular mail I never ever in my whole life heard of someone doing what they say they do. How can you send someone a UPS tracking code and you’re not gonna be able to track the prescriptions throughout the journey to get to your house? All I have to say is terrible.

Decent pharmacy but don’t sign up for their auto fill.
They will show that you have no refills and can’t take any action to cancel/delay future shipments because they don’t have an active prescription on file then go ahead and get/process a new prescription without informing you. They then continue to charge you and point to “fine print”

Sadly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy. My prescription was sent with a broken pump so I couldn't access the medication. I had to call the manufacturer and they told the pharmacy to overnight a new prescription for me, that was Monday. I called 2 days later, Wednesday, as It never came, was then told it takes 24-48 hrs to process orders and it was sent out that day for over night delivery. Now just received an email that it will be delivered tomorrow Friday as it was sent 2nd day air. No one responsible will speak to me at the pharmacy. Very poor customer service. I've been without my medication now for 5 days.
Never again!

This company issues prescriptions to made up people. A close relative had to go to the hospital due to affects from the medication this company provided. The name on the prescription bottle is completely made up and does not exist. When I tried to contact them, they said they needed to talk to the account holder, which is impossible because it is a fictitious name. They claim they check photo ID, but that does not exist. Very dangerous.

Your website is not working. I filled in a prescription number and now it is asking for a prescription number with no place to input it. How am I supposed to get refills when your website doesn't work and when I call I am told that you cannot do refills due to inclement weather.

This is the worst pharmacy in the entire world. Twice I have had to scramble for a prescription because it sat unfilled for over a week. This most recent time I called to have it filled on 1/16 and was charged on 1/17. On 1/25 I called to find out where my order was and to ask to have it expedited. I was told the person on the phone would move the prescription along and a manager would call me about having the prescription overnighted. I had to call back the next day because the manager never reached out, and I was told because the person moved it along it was now too late to overnight it. The manager offered no solutions. My prescription was finally mailed on 1/26, and now on 1/30 there is still no shipping information and I’ve been told that I have to wait 10 days with no shipping movement before they will replace the order. There is absolutely no customer service with this company. They are truly horrible
***Editing to respond to Transitions response. My prescription was lost in the mail, and they did send a replacement. However, the issues with this started long before the issue of mail. My issue with transition is the amount of time it took to get my prescription filled with no help from their staff. During the time before a replacement prescription was issued, I was told over and over by the manager there was nothing they were willing to do to help. Issuing a replacement after the mail issue was truly the least they could do after such horrible customer service.

I did love that Transition Pharmacy was able to get my HRT prescription at a 1/3 of the price I paid from local pharmacies. I set up my FSA card for the year to pay for it. I called today for my refill and they are forcing all HRT customers to use their new HRT Club. This club does save a little bit more, but...they charge a monthly fee and they DO NOT take my FSA card. At one point Transition Pharmacy allowed me the choice to buy from their pharmacy or join their club now the only option is to join the club. So very frustrating not to have a choice. Thanks Transition I now will use my established FSA to pay $150.00 per month locally for my prescription.

This merry-go-round of trying to talk to someone is very unnerving. You can't get through on the phone. You can't reset your password. Eventually, I'll win your phone lottery and get through.

This company is the most unprofessional place to work . Former employee who was wrongfully terminated over the phone based upon my apparent disruption in the the warehouse . I had a target on my back since the beginning for mentioning to upper management on several occasions my concerns on several things . Can’t mention them on here but yeah the worst company I have ever worked for and or been in . I am sure they will say I was angry for being terminated and out this on here for retaliation but at the end of the day I have integrity and care about patients where they don’t .
