“Post Covid, we would shop those RACKS and leave with 4/5 shopping bags: clothes, shoes and accessories.
We visited today and nothing special.
The clothes are grossly overpriced for the overseas manufactured goods. And the sneaker and shoes are no longer leather or quality material.
We shopped a bit and left with a $12 pair of men’s casual twill pants in a nice shade of green.
The staff were helpful.
The store was organized and clean.
Even the chocolate bar in the checkout aisle calling my name was $5.95! ?”
“Ross is my favorite department store, so my experience at Ross dept store in Allentown was great!
I found many clothes items that I needed. If I had more time, I know I could find more products at a better than a bargain in other departments!
If you've never been at a Ross Department store, I suggest you shop at one soon!?”
“I had a baby a year ago and I’ve had a hard time finding quality jeans. I’ve always loved buckle but last year I didn’t find any that really caught my eye. However, recently I went, and Morgan helped me she went above and beyond to help me find the jeans that complemented my shape. I believe I ended up with five pair of jeans. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I definitely got my confidence back. The manager was also very very helpful. Great store, will definitely be back.”

“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”
“Was in there today and shop guy was real nice and helpful. They have some really nice clothes and shoes. Stuff you don't see other places. Worth coming in if you are looking to update your style.”

“I have only been there twice, both times within the last month, and it was a good experience both times. I didn't feel like I was being hawked over like a shoplifter, was helped when I needed it, and the salesperson who rang my daughter's clothes up (both times) was very helpful and polite. “I had a fantastic experience in October'23. I was looking for some new hats, and the store had a very large variety of styles to choose from especially for Philadelphia based teams. The store was well organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. They also had a surprisingly large and well curated selection of Philly sports merchandise (sweatshirts, jerseys, etc.).”
“A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”

“We went into Old Navy for a T-shirt for my son. We were pleasantly surprised at how much nice clothes there were. A lot of graphic Tees, but also a lot of nice shirts and jeans for men.
The people working there were EXTREMELY nice. They were very patient with the woman who checked out in front of us. She had a lot of returns and wasn't very nice. But they kept a smile on and took care of her needs.

“Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!”

I received a warm greeting from the workers when I arrived and whenever I had a question they had all the answers! They would help me also pick out an outfit that would go with my style and can I just point out how beautiful their personalities are! They are so devoted to making sure their customers are enjoying the experience and are comfortable shopping. I'm definitely returning back for sure! Everything is just so much easier for me to locate compare to other stores and the clothes are just ???”

“Clean location. Very organized and the staff is friendly at the checkout. This is my favorite location. This place is a diamond compared to the Burlington in Whitehall. Managers at Whitehall should take some notes on organization for this place! I highly recommend this location!!!”
