Great thorough quality service. I'm been going to this location for years for the consistent reliable work. Aside from the good service the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to James and Abicus who changed my oil today. Places of business are very lucky to have hard workers whoaje customers feel welcome. Highly recommend a bonus to your whole team at the Trexlertown location

To the pink haired worker that cursed at me while waiting for instructions to pull in...I'm not sure if the words you use or that tone is in the training manual. While you might of been having a bad day I wasn't until your lack of discipline and professionalism caused me to forgo the oil change and go to the Whitehall facility. For over 10 years we have used your service and now one employee has cost you our fleet of vehicles for the next 10. The oil at your shop made that girl's mouth slick and she's the one in need of a new filter!

Went here and they cracked my oil pan. If you like dumping all your oil within 30 minutes of visiting then I would highly recommend. If not, then don't come here because they refuse to claim responsibility.

way over filled oil and used a torque wrench for the oil filter. if you know anything about cars you know my problem. had to fight to change oil filter.

I got an oil change this AM. I couldn't wait to write the review...Ian was fantastic. He was thorough and informative. He was friendly and conscientious. Ian is an asset to that location! I have gotten oil changes at Valvoline previously and I feel it's a great value.

This giant location is not the best. The workers are usually really young people that don't care about their job, or really old people that just sit there and complain about working there and talk to me for 10 minutes. This location is always out of stock of everything I need. Brands, items etc. every time I come here looking for something I can never find it either because it's out of stock or they just don't have it period. I go to the other giant location in Allentown / the west end on tilghman st and they always have everything I need, the brand and everything. Workers are better trained and I get way better customer service when I'm there. I'd definitely make the extra 5 minute trip to go onto tilghman st I usually waste my time going to this location.

This is my favorite Giant I've been to in the area. It's larger than most and feels newer. Staff has always been friendly and the inside is clean. Never have too much difficulty finding a good parking spot and I like the sales Giant runs. Definitely worth getting the rewards card.

Great service, very customer friendly, reasonable value, worth recommendations. Waited less than 10 minutes after pulling up, attendants were receptive and knowledgeable.

They tried to charge $150 to my credit card, but I only got $25 worth of fuel. Check the reader at the pump to make sure it's legitimate.

Customer service is hit and miss... One young man on the floor was exceedingly helpful, while the blue-purple short haired lady was patronizing and off-putting.I picked up one bag of chips that was 2 for $5 and checked with nearby staff to see if $2.50 would apply to a single bag purchase. He confirmed that it does, since the sign does not say 2 purchase is necessary.The bag rang up to be $3.99 and I explained to the short blue-purple hair cashier that this is on special and should ring up $2.50, she didn't care. Her response was that well that's what the machine is telling me.Technically, looks like there's an information disconnect between the systems of 'specials' entry is not in the cashier's system. This gap needs more man hours to bring things up to speed.HR wise, the cashier female should have taken the time to verify, but she chose to be unyielding and displaying a put-off attitude by the discrepancy of pricing displayed in her cash machine. I will not be returning to this Giant. I will give my money to Wegmans, Costco and similar where my purchasing process has been smooth, pleasant and my money appreciated.Additional training is highly suggested for the cashiers on handing of process exceptions experienced at their check-out system against prices displayed on the floors Really didn't need the attitude...
