Wasted my time and turned me away, pretended to not know what form I needed with my tax return for an unusual circumstance. Went home and within 10 minutes found the form, how to complete it, and did it online myself with my taxes. And these are supposed to be tax professionals? What a joke. Blessing in disguise for refusing to help me - it emboldened me to research the IRS website on steps and do it myself. I will never EVER give h and r block my business again. Saved me money!

Mary Freret is the absolute best! Being in my very early 20s, a lot of life stuff is still pretty confusing to me (LOL). I came in with my dad today to get my tax returns done. Mary made the process extremely straightforward. She was very informative and a sweetheart. Clearly experienced and knowledgable in her work. I was made very comfortable and satisfied with her service! That is probably the quickest and easiest tax return visit I've ever done. Thank you, Mary!

I have been a repeat customer for 9 or more years. Never have any issues, the government gets their money I always owe and they leave me alone lol. I go to one person here every year and she is outstanding. She gets me in and out. Explains everything to me, puts all my paperwork in line and sends me on my way to the bank. I have 0 complaints and 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Oh and my review is for the TREXLERTOWN location. Mrs. Garman is THE BEST!
