My son,7, doesn’t like any sports. When I told him karate would be a great idea he refused to try it. He started going to ALC for before and after school and since the LVMA is just next to it one day we went to talk to the sempai ( my son still didn’t want to try it), and he was just wonderful and did a 15-20 min practice with him and my daughter who was 3.they enjoyed the practice so much that he decided to start taking classes right away. The whole team is amazing, the Sempai, Alexa is just wonderful always so helpful, and the rest of the team. Also if you need before or aftercare ALC is right next door and they will kids in and out of the practice without leaving the building, for someone who doesn’t have much extra time is so convenient because my kids can practice Karate while still in daycare hours. Now my daughter also wants to start taking classes! 100% recommended. ❤️

Love LV Martial Arts! My son attended ALC prior to being school-aged and was apart of the Ninja’s program. I have a 4yo currently at ALC who also does the Ninja’s/Karate program—it’s a little more in depth than it was years ago. They meet twice a week and also offer times during her school day at ALC. Extremely convenient for me, as they just pull her from her classroom, I have her uniform packed and they take care of the rest. She shows me all her new skills she learns and loves her sensai’s. Highly recommend.

My son William started going as a little ninja when he went to ALC and wanted to go back to LVMA. Now he's back, and William loves it. Sensei Alex is fantastic, as are all the other Sensei. William is getting better. Everyone is super helpful, especially Miss Alexa. Everybody is excellent at communicating. Tutoring is definitely worth going to. 10/10. 😊

My son Reid attended LVMA for a year and a half, and enrolling him was the best decision we made. Reid is on the Autism spectrum and had undiagnosed ADHD until recently. We saw so many positive changes in Reid after he started martial arts, and the instructors were so understanding and accommodating of his additional needs. There may have been the occasional rough class for him, but nobody gave up on Reid, and they worked with him as best they could without taking away from any other student. If you have a ND child, don't be afraid to sign them up. The most amazing people will make them feel at home and showcase the best of them.

Our son came to LVMA about 3.5 years ago (post Covid). At the time, he was being bullied in middle school and had very low self-esteem. We struggled to find a place where our son could be a kid, make friends, and learn to defend himself (mentally, emotionally, physically). LVMA was and is that place. Now he stands as a first-degree Sempai with the friends and peers he's found along the way, and looks forward to his contuing education. The LVMA family has helped him in ways we could have never imagined. Thank you!

We have been program for 2 years and it has been a great experience. Shifu Alex takes the time to listen and care about the students. He has also helped us with any challenges that our little might be having. It has had a positive impact and has taught many lessons. Sam is amazing! She is always willing to help and is kind. She makes something that might be intimidating for kids very welcoming. The entire program focuses on important values including how to overcome challenges, they also practice what they teach!!

Awesome place for our daughter who was a beginner in martial arts! Instructors are very good at recognizing each child’s individual needs despite being in a large class and encouraging them to always work hard. Great family like atmosphere!

I entered my son into LVMA and it was the best thing we ever did. He is 5 years old and he has no longer my shy boy. He has broken out of his shell tremendously. His confidence level is amazing. His verbal and understanding skills have also improved. Best decision we ever made. 10/10 recommend. The LVMA family is also phenomenal. Very understanding and has helped us with behavioral issues early on.
