I had a bad experience before but the salon handled it very well. the owner is such a sweetheart and stayed after hours just to help fix my nail.!! (Don’t cheat on you nail artist!!))

I love this place but damn today is not there day . I have vacation Monday… 2 of my nails are already snapping and easy to bend ( last photo was the inspo pic. Not only that but my pedicure was not even joking 10min. Nothing was don’t besides clear polish.

I unexpectedly had the afternoon off of work and called to see if they could get me in. They were able to within the hour. Everyone was friendly. I was ultimately very unhappy with the manicure as within 3 days, the polish started to chip. It hasn't even been a week and I honestly need another manicure. Not sure if it was the quality of the products they used, or lack thereof. Won't be returning.

I to the salon 50 minutes before closing. They were very gracious and stated they would get me in. Everyone was so nice and they did a great job.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The technician was extremely rough on my hands and cut into my cuticles, which left them sore and irritated. Just two days later, my gel polish started peeling, and within a week, half of my nails were chipped and needed to be redone. I’ve never had a manicure fall apart this quickly. Definitely the worst manicure I’ve ever had—very disappointing and not worth the money.

Horrible experience, will never come to this place again. Made an appointment for a full French new set, the women doing my nail was very rude, did not the length that I wanted saying that she couldn’t do it short “because of the French” and did not use the pink base like I told her “because it looked better with natural color” even tho that’s not what I wanted, and ended up charging me $100!

I did my nail extensions and gel nail polish stulist was an old asian lady i found her to be very rude. Was handling my hands roughly. My one of the nails was bleeding just tight after next days when nails were done and within a week my middle nail chipped off as shown in the picture and gel nail polish came off in slice. I paid $100 for this i dont think it was worth it i would not recommend this place to anyone

I stopped in last Friday as a spur of the moment. Not sure if they had any openings being it was Friday in December. My nails were pretty bad and had been growing out from having acrylics. They took me right away. I had Leann. She was friendly fast and professional. I got lucky! She is my new manicurist and my daughter will be coming with me next appointment. Thank you put nails!

Update: After my initial experience, Leanne, the manager, personally called me to resolve the issue. She got me in the same day and provided a full acrylic set, exactly as I had originally requested. The service this time was wonderful, and I left feeling very satisfied with my nails.
For context: I initially called on Friday to schedule an appointment. I requested acrylic, almond-shaped nails, and the person on the phone noted it down. When I arrived, the nail tech began working on my nails, and I assumed she was adding a base layer. However, she ended up doing a French manicure on my natural nails instead, which wasn’t what I had requested. I didn’t speak up because I felt bad, but it was disappointing, especially since one of the nails chipped just three days later. I had mentioned my preferences on the phone, so I assumed there was an understanding before she started.
Thankfully, Leanne’s quick and caring response made up for the misunderstanding, and I’m happy with the outcome.

How hard can it be to have warm water for a pedicure? The pedicure itself was okay but the technician stayed on her phone the entire time to deal with a personal problem. This is unacceptable for a professional. I moved here last year and this was the 4th nail salon I've been to as I search for a good place. The search continues because I won't be returning here.
