The trexlertown tractor supply has employees that are absolute liars, and break the law. I saw an in-store clearance price advertised online for a product, went to the store, they could not find anything in their system according to this price. Not only that but once shown photographic evidence showing the in-store clearance price on their website with the item number and all the necessary information, they tell me they need an SKU which they do not need as all item numbers are unique and more than enough to find the item in their system. They are trying to lie to get out of honoring the price advertised online because they did not feel it is right. That is not their call to make. According to the law in Pennsylvania you must honor the price advertised. Only very specific instances such as outdoor price tags partially blown away by wind are excluded from this law. They are just blatantly in violation of it. I sent my mother to pick up this gate, and I ended up absolutely furious when they try to lie to my mother that they do not have to honor the price when they absolutely do according to the Pennsylvania law of this commonwealth. You're not going to pick and choose the laws you follow, if you make a mistake you must own it. And this was not a mistake it was a typed in and designed portion of their website. Not something that could easily be misinterpreted. Absolute blatant scam. And the funny thing is that it only comes up once per device. You cannot reload the page and see the in-store clearance price again. I figured this out by using my phone seeing the price, then not being able to get back to it, so I used my mother's phone and lo and behold it worked, I screenshotted this to make sure I had proof, then reloaded the page and it went away. This is a blatant bait and switch.

I got chicks from this location, ones butt was completely crusted closed with poop, I soaked it and cleaned it but it appears to be sick and definitely in pain. I called and after explaining the situation the lady on the phone said “and?” I tried to explain that I got it from their location like this and she just asked if I cleaned it and that they won’t take it back. I’m not looking for a refund I’m looking for some compassion for an apparently sick baby I bought from you, I figured they might be able to help it better then me but I guess not.

Worker name was Sherri and I've been hurting in my heart to what kind of woman she is that was nasty to me twice in trexlertwon,pa and today I asked her how much costs for small jar of hummingbird feeder and she gave me the expression and never have patient with me because I'm deaf at TSC supply co.... I ordered 1 ton of wood pellets in November when I picked them up. The store associate wouldn't load the skid into my pickup truck because I have a cap on my and saud he wasn't comfortable taking 20 bags off the skid and putting the skid of 30 onto my truck. The associate put the 50 bags of wood pellets behind my truck and didn't offer me any to loading them into my truck and didn't even offer me a utility knife to cut the wrap off of the skid.

I just love this store. Awesome stuff that I need and don't! The staff is friendly and so helpful. I got any traps there today. I wish I could remember her name but there was a woman who helped me. She was amazing. Never had a bad experience here.

Love stopping in at Tractor Supply when I am up in the area. I head there for my cat's wet food for the week, then it is a mad dash for the discount table up in the front area of the store. I am a unique person and love to experience unique items and I usually find one or two deals on the table. Pleasant shopping experience every time.
