Threw a birthday party here. Choose the private room option. The hostess was new but very helpful and pleasant. They had everything set up, and they also cleaned up. Last minute additions were no problem. Just settle everything at the end when you are ready to leave. After the 2 hour party is up, you get to stay and play until they close. The pricing is fair. They had a knife, candles, and lighter for the cake. Make sure to print out all the waivers for the party and hand them to the hostess.

Your employees working yesterday 11/19, i’m assuming the evening shift for that day around 545-8, specifically the employees working the zip line and obstacle course in the air, were extremely rude, miserable, and flat out disrespectful which affected me and my family’s experience for sure. the employees working the go-carts were very nice though. very fun atmosphere thought and a lot of different things to do. but there’s no reason a place like that should have employees that are that miserable.

Took my daughter, niece and nephew here for my daughter’s Birthday. They had a blast. Went during the week because weekends are very crowded. Beside the gymnastics type activities they also have video games, a go-cart track and much more. They offer for sale fair style food. You can have kid’s birthday party here. I recommend getting the platinum ticket if you can afford it. It gives you access to all of the attractions without time limits. Take your adventurous kids here and They will have a blast and so will the adults. Shoes and personal socks are not allowed. They make you buy their grippy socks for a bout $3.50.

Gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, as it is well run, has great variety for a large age range, and is kept very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I deducted one ⭐️ because of how terrible the pizza is. As platinum members, my three grandkids get a free slice every visit. None of them will eat it and neither will I. They are also given a "snack," which is either a very small popcorn or a bag if chips. The latter is literally an unmarked zip lock baggie filled with chips. No label, bor expiration date. I wish we could get a comparable food credit to use instead. Don't come hungry!

Have disappointed kids because staff isn't properly informed on what is allowed with different wristbands. Some of kids were allowed on the Zipline without the correct bands and then came back with friends who had same bands and were told they are not allowed. Also website should list what activities are part of each wristband. Only bought tickets because had another kid coming to a bday party probably won't spend the money again for this.

Website online states that the trexlertown location is open at 10AM on Monday. Double checked on google and decided to take a trip over with my kids. When we arrived the door was locked and they had a sign with their hours; doesn’t open until 4PM. Waste of time and gas. Not to mention there was another parent who was under the same impression as myself, she drove 40 minutes away just to be let down. Please provide accurate information on your website so you don’t waste anyone’s time.

We had a Birthday party for my grandson here today and from start to finish our experience was amazing. Jaylen took care of bringing the pizza and drinks for everyone! He made sure we had everything that we needed for our party so the kids could enjoy their time and make it enjoyable for us adults also! This young man is an asset to this business and deserves recognition! Jaylen thank you for making Luke's day so special! There are alot of activities to keep the kids entertained! I highly recommend them!

One star, not even worth that! It be a great experience if you got what you paid for!The ultimate attractions Go karts, wall climbing, extr long wait! Unacceptable to allow other guests to get off and ride again right away!? An the line of other guests are wondering why that is!!My daughters birthday experience was terrible. The food & snacks are expensive, hard & stale, the soda & icees are disgusting as well! This plsham! Especially when they say no refunds!?? Guests should be able to come and enjoy themselves to the fullest. The prices are well over enough to pay the employees livable wages! to want to work here an not be miserable!! Horrible places like this need to do better!! An it’s slightly busy not over crowded!!

Our visit on 8/13 left my children terrified and a few were traumatized. I have not determine what route I intend to take or course of action I intend to take with what occurred on 8/13/20. Upon arrival my children ages 6,9,11, and 14 enter dodge ball. At the time there was a dodge ball employee present who played with the children for a good 30 mins until he left. After he left the kids continue I supervise . A 11 year old child in there got upset at my 6 year old for hitting him with the ball and Eliminating him and attempted to charge at him until his brother jumped in front of him. This triggered his adult sister to storm the dodge ball and verbally attack my child along with 8 other teenager guests and one adult. They attempted to fight the kids and threaten them. I had to call the police as no staff was present during thsi tirm and security took about 20 mins to come to the scene . The employees who was close by eventually came over and tried to assist me but it was to many and the other party was aggressive. When. Security did come he struggled to deescalate it and make them leave . I was threaten . An Offically incident report was not taken just my children name. We did not receive a call from the owner we did not receive any assistance . The manage on calm informed me that it was member from Alex party that was being hosted there and did ask me to identify all those involved I told her I was able to as they all remained still onsite after the attack she stated it was almost close so she d

I would give more stars. Though I am at the park right now there are sections closed. 4 of the staff have been talking and goofing around barley at their stations. I imagine that there is no upper management here. You never see any of them walk the floors to make sure everything is going good. I am always disappointed with how this place functions. So much room for improvement.

Great place with plenty of different activities for you to do. Seemed pretty sanitary for a jump park. The staff was great there was this girl named Stephanie who gave us some tips she was amazing. Would definitely recommend especially if you have kids.

A great place to take your kids for a few hours of fun. As long as you don't have to go to the restroom...unfortunately, you and your children will have to find another means of relieving yourself should you or they have to use the restroom. Restrooms were disgusting worse than using an outhouse. Urine soaked floors. Nothing like your child coming out of a public bathroom with someone else's urine all over their socks. The smell of urine and ammonia is overwhelming and the restrooms look like they have not been cleaned since the inception of this business. Hopefully someone addresses this issue in the future.

This is a great indoor option for kids of all ages to get energy out on hot or cold days. There's a ton of great options and the place is much bigger than it looks from the store front. I'm also a huge fan of the 3 hour time limit. It's plenty of time and it prevents the place from becoming too crowded. I have yet to be here at a time that makes it unbearable to be here. If you think you'll be here regularly, the membership is a bargain and the parent passes to go with your kid are a fraction of that cost too. Great value.

My kid loves it here, as do I. Its one of the best places for kids in this area, in my opinion. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars, is because of the food, mostly the fries being really gross every time (i dont think its the staffs problem, its the actual fries). For picky kids it kind of sucks.... Also, being that the kids run in the bathroom with socks on and then run back to the trampolines, I think the bathrooms could be cleaned more often.

This is an Awesome place!! With that being said, here are my PROS:-Lots of bouncing (trampolines)-Lots of activities-Go cart track inside!-An area for smaller kids (not very big but something)-Food was ok-They give you grippy socksCONS:-My 4 yr old couldn't do a lot of the activities as they weren't tall enough, which really bummed them out (they really wanted to do the rock wall climbing)- There's no mandatory adult supervision. So the "bigger, wilder" kids really just had free rein and would/could overrule and cause chaos with the smaller kids.-It’s hotter than hell!! So dress the kids in lightweight clothing, shorts & a t-shirt-No lockers for personal items (that I saw). So if you don't need it, don't bring it in.-Lastly, be prepared for the "time to go" melt down ?I would suggest this place for kids, maybe 5-6(ish) and over. We'll go back again, but not until they're a little older and on a week day because it is a super cool place!
