Do NOT move here unless you want the laziest property manager in the world! Frieda and her helper “Monica” don’t assist you with anything! Frieda is NEVER in the office so you always have to speak with”Monica” who always has a attitude and always says “you have to speak with Frieda about that” she sits outside and smokes cigarettes allllllllllllll day and that’s why she never answers the phone even tho I’d she did she can’t help you anyways bc she directs you to Frieda who again is a slumlord property manger who doesn’t care about calling you back. EMESS management please hire better help bc the people you have in your office right now are the reason you guys have such a bad reputation. They are lazy rude and inconsiderate! Worst company to ever deal with “EMESS management”

Did not even make it to move-in. I applied and received word that I was approved. I received a text telling me, not asking me, that we would be meeting tomorrow and I would be paying them $200, a cost never mentioned in the application or move-in details. When I asked to reschedule, I received no reply and then a text on the date telling me we were meeting, with no confirmation of time or anything. It was the lousiest communication I have ever experienced, and made me super uncomfortable. There was ZERO regard for my personal schedule or time, and the apology I received was very much an "I'm sorry you feel that way" response. I can't believe I dropped $50 on this place.

Don't RENT HERE. VENTS DON'T WORK.THEY PUT NEW KITCHEN FLOORING OVER OLD SMELLY FLOORING. MOLD AND WATER DRIPPING FROM THE CEILING, BATHROOM DOORS DONT SHUT. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND DOESN'T ANSWER REPAIR CALLS. SO BAD WE GOT THE MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP ZONING INVOLVED, THE APPARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TROUBLE. READ THE REVIEW S THEY TELL THE TRUTH. My sister lives here. There are literal mushrooms growing out of holes in her apartment walls. There is a hole in their ceiling that was “repaired” but continues to leak when it storms. Her apartment flooded twice from corroded pipes, which was the only time maintenance came. She’s contacted management and maintenance so many times but nothing ever happens. DO NOT recommend living here.

I would like to move there since it is close to my work but, I called several times and contact requested through the rental websites to find out if they have any openings but, the front office does not have the courtesy to call me back they do not respond and are not professionals

I've been trying many many times to get ahold of someonefrom this complex regarding rentals. Although I recently moved, I never ever heard from anyone. This was over a few years. You need new management.

Moved here in July, 2020. Unfortunately I am still living here. Management is awful. Property manager is hard to get a hold of. Maintenance is harder to get to.Shopping carts are all over the place, trash everywhere, fence around the apartment building is falling down. The only good part is that the rents are reasonable. That is the only reason I am still here.????

Apartments are nice, a little higher price wise but its worth it to not be in the city. The issue lies with the management. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone and the overall inadequate means of handling service calls is just plain problematic.TLDR. Nice place, poor management.

I called several times and contact requested through the rental websites to find out if they have any openings. The front office does not have the courtesy to call me back one way or the other. They do not respond to a prospective tenant request. I can imagine how responsive they are to tenants that live there. Very unprofessional of the management. Maybe they should consider hiring a new rental manager.
