We visited today and nothing special.
The clothes are grossly overpriced for the overseas manufactured goods. And the sneaker and shoes are no longer leather or quality material.
We shopped a bit and left with a $12 pair of men’s casual twill pants in a nice shade of green.
The staff were helpful.
The store was organized and clean.
Even the chocolate bar in the checkout aisle calling my name was $5.95! ?”

She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, pulled tons of options that matched our style and the vibe of our photoshoot, and even helped us coordinate our outfits perfectly.
She was patient, friendly, and had such a great eye for fashion. We left the store feeling confident and excited instead of stressed out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend stopping by Buckle and asking for her if you need help styling your look. Victor was also extremely helpful and pleasant. “Ross is my favorite department store, so my experience at Ross dept store in Allentown was great!
I found many clothes items that I needed. If I had more time, I know I could find more products at a better than a bargain in other departments!

“I purchased a jacket as a Xmas gift and bought the wrong size. I turned around and made another purchase of the correct size. I was so impressed with the timely manner in which they processed and shipped the jacket, especially with it being 1 week before Xmas. I was also very pleased with the fast process of my return and refund of the wrong size jacket. This company is definitely professional and efficient in the way they treat their customers. I will definitely be making purchases from them in the future.”
“My wife bought me a vest for Christmas and said id probably like this store. They have other of western wear along with Carhartt clothing, work boots, cowboy boots, cowboy hats etc. Prices were comparable to other stores. My wife had a 15% from her first visit, military discount, plus a $15 credit somehow(lol). I bought $159 cowboy boots for $107, cant beat that. The salesperson walked arpund checking on customers but were not pushy at all. We will definitely be going back. Plus they had several dale racks around the store.”

“They have great prices and right now they're having really good holiday deals the downside they always only have one register open maybe two so it's a long wait in line when it's busy. Also make sure if you need customer service or layaway to go in the correct line which is to the left. If you stand in the sale line you will be redirected and that's a pain. ?”
“I haven’t been to this store in 10 years, and I needed to buy some new leggings. The employees were so helpful explaining all the new styles and directing me towards the style I was looking for. They got me a fitting room before I could even ask for one. Check out was very simple and they helped me sign up for the rewards program so I could get an extra discount on my purchase. The employees were so sweet and made my shopping experience unbelievably easy. I will definitely be back!”

“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”
“I ordered two shirts online for store pick up today. I was at the mall for something else, but hadn't gotten the email letting me know my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went to express and figured I take a chance and ask them if I can have my items since I was there already. The two gentlemen that helped me today (wish I would have taken their name) asked for my order number and were very nice and got my items for me. I know they didn't have to and could have asked me to wait for the email. I really appreciate the great customer service I received today.”
“This store typically has great items that aren't all rayon. Normally, you have to try because every piece varies somewhat in size. Typically, a large sale with a special discount for passport holders. It is quite disappointing that there is no clothing produced in the USA.”
“Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!”

“Love the deals they always have. My wife loves the pins. She always picks some up when we go. We stopped by and I was able to pick up one of each of the newest Funko pops from the Scare Fair 2025. I was so thankful they had 1 of each of them. I'm super excited!!”
“A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”
