Well to start off the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly the manger was not did not even say hi to me I had very little damage to my 2 year old car and two other body shops one was classic coach works Collegeville wanted 1,400.00 and Vicos auto wanted the same amount guess what this shop wanted 5,700.00 unbelievable!! Need to train Colton how to make an estimate never again.

Dave and Julian were extremely proactive with sharing progress of my vehicle throughout the entirety of the time and worked efficiently to get it back to me earlier than I anticipated! I picked up my car cleaner than I left it and loved the personal touch of the "thank you" card. Andrea, at the front desk, was also extremely helpful and a pleasure to work, answering my many call. Car accidents can be one of the more stressful experiences and the entire team brought peace of mind. If your car was damaged and you need body work this is the business you want to trust. I loved how Dave and his team informed us through out the repairs. They emailed me with real time updates. When we went to pick up the car my wife and I were AMAZED about how beautiful the car looked! They’re detailing skills made our vehicle look better than when we first got it from the dealership. I’ve used Brandywine for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied with their work. Do yourself a favor and don’t use your insurance company’s recommended repair shop and chose Brandywine if you want your vehicle to look like new. Erie Insurance has Brandywine listed as an authorized repair center. State Farm, my insurance company, does not.Services: Painting
