Would leave zero stars if I could. Anthony and Sudah are extremely unprofessional, make up their own series of events, and like to promise things they cannot follow through with. Avoid this branch and bank at all costs.

DO NOT GO TO THIE BRANCH. Their customer service is terrible. The will do more to inco inconvenience you then help you. Worst banking customer service I've ever dealt with.

Came after hours to deposit the money to cover the monthly bank charges...The bankomat won't accept cash and the check tab is only working...Wonder what story they will tell me tomorrow...

I arrived at this branch location 7 minutes before the start time, and was still able to enter and get my gift cards within minutes. I was out before the bank opens ??I like gift cards from TD Bank, you can use it at any store, just wish the cards could be reused. We need to reduce landfill contributions as much as we possibly can but that's about the bank, not this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could staff is rude . && I have been trying to close this account constantly for years but they continuously have money pending in my account or some other bs reason why they can’t which makes it extremely hard. ALSO they steal money from you only bank I know that actually takes money from your account during a pandemic or in general .

No waiting in line, my teller was friendly, professional, experienced.My transaction was quick, pleasant and positive thanks to employees that love their jobs and what they do puts a smile on my face a happy customer !

Phone holds are seemingly interminable and pleas for help in the online Message Center go unanswered for days on end. Once the wait finally ends and my call is picked up or my email is answered, my issue gets punted around until someone says it's not TD's issue to fix. Before the site "upgrade", I downloaded my account activity and imported it into Microsoft Money. I did this for YEARS without incident. "Coincidentally" that process no longer works & TD says it's the third party's issue. No. It isn't. The third party didn't do anything. The third party didn't change. When I try to import the OFX file from TD into MS Money, I get an error message that reads "The file you attempted to import appears to be invalid or contains corrupt data. Please download the file again. If this problem continues, contact your financial institution."TD did SOMETHING. And now an unbroken process is broken. PUNT!

I can not use the rd bank app cause they will not let me
