I arrived at this branch location 7 minutes before the start time, and was still able to enter and get my gift cards within minutes. I was out before the bank opens ??I like gift cards from TD Bank, you can use it at any store, just wish the cards could be reused. We need to reduce landfill contributions as much as we possibly can but that's about the bank, not this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could staff is rude . && I have been trying to close this account constantly for years but they continuously have money pending in my account or some other bs reason why they can’t which makes it extremely hard. ALSO they steal money from you only bank I know that actually takes money from your account during a pandemic or in general .

Phone holds are seemingly interminable and pleas for help in the online Message Center go unanswered for days on end. Once the wait finally ends and my call is picked up or my email is answered, my issue gets punted around until someone says it's not TD's issue to fix. Before the site "upgrade", I downloaded my account activity and imported it into Microsoft Money. I did this for YEARS without incident. "Coincidentally" that process no longer works & TD says it's the third party's issue. No. It isn't. The third party didn't do anything. The third party didn't change. When I try to import the OFX file from TD into MS Money, I get an error message that reads "The file you attempted to import appears to be invalid or contains corrupt data. Please download the file again. If this problem continues, contact your financial institution."TD did SOMETHING. And now an unbroken process is broken. PUNT!

The most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. The two women working were extremely disrespectful, rude and rolled their eyes and laughed at both my fiancé and I. We weren’t sure of the process and instead of being helpful I was loudly told “That’s why I asked you that” and given an eye roll when I apologized for not knowing. This was not the first time we have encountered either one and every time they are RUDE. We will be switching banks immediately. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

i actually wanted to give 0 stars. whoever was working at today (9/15/20) needs to actually leave. my fiancé went up to the drive through and was greeted, he greeted them back and asked for a deposit slip. it was quiet for like 2 minutes and then some ghetto sounding girl goes “is there something we can help you with” like honestly? is that how we’re treating people now? ugly personality from here. changing my bank.

I waited 20 minutes to get helped ignored by everyone in bank then they helped a lady who walked in within 30 seconds leaving me to wait when I complained they told me to be patient instead of apologizing I’m taking my business elsewhere also the one dude likes to blurt out my financials every time I cash my checks very unprofessional and very rude people work here
