“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. “Mr.Tire in phoenixville pa is hands down the most trustworthy mechanic shop around. I am a single mom and will be the first to admit I know nothing about cars. Recently I had a car fiasco and had to tow my car to a popular brand dealership. They quoted me 600$ for a part that my car “needed” in order to run. I instantly called Mr.Tire and knew I needed to tow my car to them. They spend hours inspecting my car, test driving it, and concluded that my car was completely fine. They saved me 100’s of dollars when they too could’ve have easily gotten over on me. I have been going to this Mr.Tire for awhile now and I know my pockets and car are safe in their hands. They are so communicative and upfront, showing me exactly what I need, letting me know if something can wait instead of trying to upcharge me for unnecessary services! I truly could go on and on about how amazing, knowledgeable, and trustworthy every single person working there is!”

“My daughter goes to school in Collegeville and was having brake problems with her Jeep. Took her car to Blue Ribbon and they found her rear brake cylinder was leaking. Replaced the brake cylinders, rear drums and pads for a very fair price, definitely cheaper than big name garages! Good honest work at a fair price, highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! I have the peace of mind knowing that if my daughter has car trouble, I can trust these guys to take care of it and that is priceless!!!!”

“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”
