He gave me a timely appointment and had both tires repaired within an hour. When I went back to pay, he even made one of the repairs complimentary. “I have never trusted a tire shop more. First off a few years ago they helped me fix an issue related to my sensors that a few other places couldn’t resolve. Recently I thought maybe i needed tires but when I went there they told me my tires were good and only around half way done. The issue that I was seeing was an alignment issue causing edge wear. Yesterday my tire pressure was way low, they found a piece of metal. Due to its location they could only plug it from the outside. Since they couldn’t guarantee its success rate they didn’t even charge me to do that.
It’s so nice to find a good small business that actually cares about the people they are serving. When I need to replace mine I will definitely go here!”
“Great service. I was a walk in with increasing lowering tire pressure on one tire. They found that there was a nail in the tread. Told that it could be plugged later today. Reached out later and was told to come on over. Very busy but friendly and gracious.”

“Great trustworthy place to get your car everything it needs my car had issues for nearly 4 months in which i put a few thousand into it and had been quoted 10k i had finally chose to switch to victors and my car was completely fixed within a day they have great communication they worked fast and were very accommodating i was working when my car got done and they were able to process my payment and finalize everything while i was working so i could come pick it up after hours i recommend to everyone and will 100% be coming back very grateful i brought my car here”

“I brought my car to Monro for an oil change. The technician working on my car called me and said that I needed four new tires. At first, I thought this was just another attempt to make more money off me. But the technician insisted that the tread was very worn. I consented to the new tires, and when I went to pick up the car, the technician showed me my old tires which were almost bald. I was so glad he recommended changing them before I left for vacation. I was very happy with the service I received today.”

I'm so impressed on the quality of work on my vehicle, that is so old and has so many problems, that someone was so honest and actually fixed my vehicle at low cost and in a timely manner. “My daughter goes to school in Collegeville and was having brake problems with her Jeep. Took her car to Blue Ribbon and they found her rear brake cylinder was leaking. Replaced the brake cylinders, rear drums and pads for a very fair price, definitely cheaper than big name garages! Good honest work at a fair price, highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! “PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”

“Mr.Tire in phoenixville pa is hands down the most trustworthy mechanic shop around. I am a single mom and will be the first to admit I know nothing about cars. Recently I had a car fiasco and had to tow my car to a popular brand dealership. They quoted me 600$ for a part that my car “needed” in order to run. I instantly called Mr.Tire and knew I needed to tow my car to them. They spend hours inspecting my car, test driving it, and concluded that my car was completely fine. They saved me 100’s of dollars when they too could’ve have easily gotten over on me. I have been going to this Mr.Tire for awhile now and I know my pockets and car are safe in their hands. They are so communicative and upfront, showing me exactly what I need, letting me know if something can wait instead of trying to upcharge me for unnecessary services! I truly could go on and on about how amazing, knowledgeable, and trustworthy every single person working there is!”
