I would tell them what other garages were saying I needed & a lot of times I wouldn't even need what other places were telling me. Creveling's has always been honest & always available to look at my vehicle. Even during busy times, they have always fit me in. Very fair prices also ...usually cheaper than most places.”

They worked with me on very short notice, I had an oil pan gasket leak and it was getting worse and I had a trip out of town and needed it done prior to leaving the next day. I had to drop off after hours due to being out of town for an all day appointment for my daughter then had to pick up after hours due to my work schedule and being practically a single mom juggling everything under the sun with a very very very small village to help me…anyway not the time or place but Greg and Aaron are total rockstars.
Greg, the auto technician, I dealt with mainly was very understanding, respectful and straightforward. He was down to Earth, used terminology for the everyday folk, like myself.
The pricing… Lawd….I am still in shock… not because how expensive because it was MUCH LESS than I was expecting!!! I called around to different places and the estimated prices was sky high and they were “booked out for weeks” but not here. I blindly brought it in. It allll worked out for the best!!!

“Marcus is a very professional and polite salesperson. He is very knowledgeable with our vehicle even though it is an off brand from Kia. Marcus was never pressuring even while standing out in a cold cold rain with us for about two hours. His willingness to answer questions is remarkable even when asked to make many measurements with a tape measure, again, standing in the cold rain. Marcus helped us through the paperwork process with ease and explained everything thoroughly. The only issue we had (not with Marcus) is that the vehicle did not have a spare tire and had a repair kit instead. I guess we're just old school that way. Thanks for the wonderful experience Marcus. You helped us find a deal better and newer than we were looking for.

“I needed a mechanic because the dealership was no longer impressing me and quite frankly, was awful after the warranty wore out. I called and he was able to schedule me fairly quickly. I had an oil leak shortly after a service and he got it in for me, fixed it up and did it same day. He has impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and going above and beyond for his customers.”

Im in the area working and was on my way back home to the pittsburgh area and blew a tire with no spare, after calling 7 tires shops in the area with no success Scott came through in a big way sending one employee to go pick up 2 new tires for me 30+min away and Scott came and picked me up 30+min in the other direction and took off my blown tire. “Had an unfortunate breakdown when traveling home on a Sunday. Found this garage via Google search. I managed to limp the vehicle to their garage. Called early the next morning and the mechanic had already looked at and diagnosed the problem. He completed the repairs very expediently and even corrected a problem that another mechanic had installed incorrectly recently. Vehicle now running smoothly and without problems. I wish that I lived closer to this garage as I would have him do all of my auto repairs. Thanks for getting me back on the road.”
