Very nice store, well stocked and polite employees even though they have to work in frigid temperatures because no heat and the front doors are broken!

Employee refused to load money onto my PayPal card even though dollar general is on list of places where this can be done. Saying he can’t scan phones for barcode. I asked how else someone is supposed go load money onto their card. His response was it’s not legal and you can’t do that at dollar general. I showed him the dollar general scan code and how they are a participating partner and he said no they aren’t. Even though I’ve loaded the card at two other locations within ten miles of the Troy PA store. misinformed, lazy, or both. I’m not sure but there was supposedly no manager to speak to.

I worked there for a bit, the manager was quite rude, and was not respectful to me, I had an emergency situation where I lost housing when I told her she said ok so your not coming in, then don’t come back, and just blatantly hung up. They say they care about their employees during orientation but they sure don’t show it, and she didn’t give me my last paycheck either either. Every other worker is nice and very respectful but the manager is very disrespectful and rude.
