I had an amazing experience every time I have been there, they were kind concerned and extremely helpful when my maid of honor dress that had been ordered from a boutique was ordered 4 sizes too big!!!! The boutique I had been to had a very unprofessional acting owner who could care less what your experience was. Terrie’s not only fixed my dress to fit me perfectly, they were also very fair with their pricing on alterations… and my first alterations were done in less than 24hrs because I needed to come back just to be certain we had the dress just where it needed to be. Amazingly it only needed a smidge more done and there it was, perfect.I also had to bring my daughter to my last fitting and the staff was amazing, they brought her dress after dress to try on and we got one for her too! The price for her dress was extremely affordable and I can even wash it! She was soooo happy and excited with all of the attention and the fact she could keep the dress on when we left, for only $10 how could I say no to her?Thank you so much for the awesome experience ladies!!!

overpriced. many options. waited until after alterations were done to charge us an insane amount of money. lady said she was a photographer and all these stories about how she does so well and her photos were the worst I've ever seen. we did better with out phones. she missed the major moments and took a lot of pictures of kids dancing. worst experience with a dress place ever.

Terrie and her staff saved the day for our Grandson, Mens Warehouse made a mistake on the date of his tux rental (Athens Winter Ball) and was left, on the day of the Ball , with no Tux.. Terrie and her staff tried on pants, vests, shirts, jackets...and shoes ..then preceded to cut..hem..sew..iron and steam until everything was perfect for his special day.. We are very pleased with how everything worked out and Simply Terrie's will be our first stop when we need formal wear from now on!

Terrie and her staff at "Simply Terri's Bridal and Tuxedo", saved the day... the day began with a phone call to Men's Warehouse in Horseheads (where an order was placed for a tuxedo) on the day of the Athens Winter Ball, the manager ...after a long pause on the phone, told us that the person that had measured and submitted the order (payed in full) had put the date as February 8 instead of January 8...sure she was sorry and refunded the money..but NOW what do we do? Sooooo...long story shorter..we went to Simply Terri's..they put all their attention on him..tried every jacket and pants until he felt comfortable! these ladies cut, sewed, hemmed , ironed and steamed until everything was perfect! We left very happy and satisfied..I highly recommend Simply Terri's ...shop local!!! Thanks to Simply Terri's, there was a happy ending to this day for our Grandson and his date!

Had a huge selection.If you can't find it here you never will.The staff makes you feel so comfortable.Very helpful and honest. My daughter and I both found dresses for my sons wedding.You must go here.I traveled 1hr 15mins so glad I did.
