“Since I had a great experience leasing my Ford F-150 lightning at Ciocca, I recommended that my wife bring her Mach-E in for a recall and State Inspection. She agreed and was very happy with the same day service. The showroom and waiting room are comfortable and stocked with complimentary water, snacks, and coffee. The service advisor (Paul) was super helpful and friendly. The general manager (Mike) knew my name and greeted me when we arrived to drop off the car, followed with some friendly chit chat.”
“When I arrived for my online scheduled maintenance and inspection for 1:15 PM, their system had cancelled me out at 10:15 AM. However, in discussions with Craig Borneman, Assistant Service Manager, he was able to accommodate getting me in in and also finding me a courtesy vehicle to run some errands and also give them the extra time needed to squeeze me in. “Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic with some solid connections in the auto repair industry. So if he can’t do a service for you, he knows the name of a shop that can. As a woman, I love this because it makes my life easier. Instead of Googling businesses, I can just make a call and use his name for reference.
I was referred to him because of a broken latch on my hood of my car. After prying it open, Steve showed me the broken cable and then the steps he took to repair it. While completing the oil change, he also let me know about a few other issues that my car was having that was preventing it from driving at its best.
Steve has a loaner if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. And a wonderful, pleasant receptionist named Joy. When you meet her, you’ll see how her name just fits her. Because I had to work that afternoon, Joy even gave me a ride back to my house.
At a time when businesses are just trying to nickel and dime you, without providing you with the customer service they brag about, Steve is a treasure.
Oh, just remember that the shop is not where the gas station is…it’s right on the side of it. Even though you can get to the shop from the gas station. If that makes sense.”

Finding an honest mechanic is tough, but these guys really earned my trust. They have always been upfront about everything, explained what actually needed fixing, and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. They won’t just throw parts in your car if it’s something that can’t be diagnosed. If the vehicle needs something they are very detailed and provide pics of what needs replacing. Highly recommend. Purchased my 2026 hyundai palisade calligraphy black with brown interior in September 19th. The sales person Basma was great, she tries to go above and beyond. When I picked it up around 6pm took it home the following day I notice scratches and swirl marks all over the car. I called my sales person she was great trying to get it resolved. I dropped by car off was told the removed it and it looked the same. I addressed the issue with them again was told the manager of detailing was going to fix the issue. Got the car back and it was the same. I was told all the cars come from factory with scratches and swirl marks. I was very disappointed, I wanted a showroom finish especially buying a brand new car. I had to take it to the professional at Topline auto the did a one step correction on the whole car, which cost me $700 to make it showroom finish and to remove all the scratches and swirl marks. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from lehigh valley hyundai but I will check for scratches and swirl mark first. Love my hyundai palisade calligraphy. The picture is my car now after paying $700 bucks for the showroom finish I should have gotten.”

“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill.
