“My car got towed in there due to an accident Which left me with a broken window. The other person‘s insurance covered everything as they were at fault. Caliber was the shop they had in their network.they kept me updated, guided me through the entire process, step by step. It was a great experience with great communication, and my car was done and back to me as good as it was in a week which was way sooner than I expected. Great service, great workers there and the go to place if I ever have anything else to get done. Highly recommend!!”

When we went there they set our expectations telling us how long it would take. They were pretty much on point with that and their price was fair. “Several months ago Sal fixed my back windshield after a storm sent a basketball hoop sailing thru my back window. He was very patient and communicated with me thru every step of the way. Fast forward to this weekend. On a much more personal and important note. Unfortunately my mother recently passed away and I live on a major road with very limited parking. So I contacted sal to see if we could use the field next to his house. Sal did one better. He removed all the vehicles from his front lot area so that it could make room for my family and friends to park. He also offered his services and said if we needed anything at all he would be more than willing to go out and get it for us. Sal is an unbelievably kind man, he didn't have to do all that, but he did. I truly appreciate your kindness. It meant the world to us. Thank you so much for being another reason we love our town.”

“The staff performed every function in a very timely manner and were very courteous from the time I arrived till the time they returned my vehicle to me. The repair looks incredible. There's a small blemish behind where my windshield was chipped which they told me would be there because they cannot fully erase it, but all the little spidery cracks have all vanished and it looks so much better and I have the peace of mind that I can now safely drive my car without the crack spreading. In addition to their services, the online site and scheduler was super easy to use and even went through my insurance policy to show me what was covered. Upon my arrival the staff reviewed all that information with me again just to make sure that everything was clear and understood and billed my insurance for me.”
