  The Tunkhannock branch goes above and beyond! I lost my debit card two weeks before Christmas & Stacy made sure I was only without it for 2 days. Their staff is always so helpful and kind, always welcoming and quick. They assisted my teenager in banking and set up his account painlessly & educationally. I love banking here!

  I am a first time customer. I did not know they did a five day hold on any money like checks or paycheck. Now at this particular branch A lady named Terry was very rude to me and told me that she could not help me and that their was nothing that she could do. Now I called corporate and they told me that she has done this to other customers before I will not come back to this branch I will go to another one if I have to I don't wanted to be treated with disrespect from a bank manger who has a reputation. I called corporate and they were very helpful and got me what I needed was MY MONEY THAT TERRY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME WITH OR CASH A PAYCHECK FOR ME I JUST WANTED CASH SHEW SAID SINCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS NEGTIVE I CAN NOT HELP YOU WHEN I GOT TOLD BY COROPRATE THAT SHE CAN DO IT BUT SHE CHOSE NOT TO DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LADY I WANT HER FIRED FOR THE DISRESPECT!!!
