Seems like one of the worst customer service places you can go to for tractor supply wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes and then not get waited on because they have to move a forklift ridiculous

I have NEVER been in the store...but I have called there for a few questions several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I was treated so kindly... I love this Tunkhannock store 😍 ❤️

I was disabled for 2 years and unable to walk. Although I wasn't able to get into the store, I would place my orders online and call the store when I arrived. My orders were always ready when I got there and the manager or staff would promptly bring everything out and load it into my vehicle. No one had ever made me feel as if it was a burden helping me out in my situation. The manager Rob, is always available and helping alongside his staff. I am a grateful customer and appreciative of the way they always go above and beyond to help out. A wonderful choice in the manager and he has chosen a great team!

I work at a local.superstore and we didn't have any Potting soil left so I went to TSC. They had some small bags left and an employee went out of his way to look for cactus soil for me. They didn't have any but he looked and thats what counts in my book.
