Do not do pick-up in this store they don't work with the website. Store took a day and a half to "process" my order after it was shipped to them. Then was notified my pick up was ready by text and email. IT WASN'T.... I was told "it's still processing we don't know when it will be ready, maybe sometime this weekend. I don't maybe give us a call and ask that might help we don't know." Unbelievable. I wasted a half hour drive. An hour both ways.... still don't have my tv stand. Thanks Walmart.

Everyone is super helpful! If I have a question, I can always find someone to help me and they will go out of their way to do so! The woman in charge of the photo developing spent 30-45 min working with me and helping me complete a photo project. Wow! So patient and so kind!!

I wish the super Walmart was never put in. I miss the old one. the customer service desk is about useless and forget trying to call customer service they put you on hold and never get back to you! most times there is one or 2 registers open so be prepared to stand in line. I did order cakes from the bakery which was great and very well decorated but prices were high

I never thought I'd leave a good review for a Walmart but the people that work at this vision center are the best! They're so professional and caring. They've fixed two pairs of my glasses that we'd bent. I've purchased three pairs there so far. Their selection is very good and prices are even better. Their doctor really takes the time to do a thorough exam and the ladies that work there take their time to be sure you're happy and fitted with your new glasses or contacts.

Some of the employees are very nice and very helpful and there are others that act like they want to yell at you for asking a simple question! I am having a very hard time figuring out why they build the new supercenters with over 20+ registers and never ever are there more than 5 open at one time. I do shop at different times during the day and at night and there has only been a handful of times that I have not had to wait in long lines to check out, this is when I purchase 20 items or less. Walmart needs to really look at this situation when it is busy and open more registers so that customers do not have to wait so long to be checked out, this is horrible customer service!!! One other thing, when the managers have the store meetings in the AM, find a better place than the front of the store!! You can not hear the cashier speak to you with the "Pep Rally" going on right there! Common sense goes a long way and there is none here at this store!!!!! I could not get out the store one morning when I stopped in as they would not move when they saw me coming with my over flowing shopping cart, I did not want to be rude and roll through them. I did excuse myself and still had to wait as they did not even have the common courtesy to let me go by! Again, Common Sense there is NONE at this store!

These are the rudest Walmart people I've encountered yet! I travel for a living. I drive my car for work & I'm out of town, off for the evening. It's warm in the sun so I find some shade on the side of the building to get out of the heat. Next thing I know there's a knock on my window and I'm told I am in the associate parking area and I had to move. There's one other car in the whole area. I replied as I was getting ready to move there was no signs. This rude woman repeated it was associate parking & said go ahead- motioning me to move. I was not bothering anyone and would have moved with no problem. It was the way she handled it that was bad. RUDE. There was no reason for her to speak to me this way. I am a very compliant, cooperative person. I said maybe there should be signs. People follow rules most of the time but if they don't know, how can they follow them! Besides that wasn't what upset me. If they didnt want me parked there that was fine. There was no reason for her to be so rude! Nice way to treat visitors to their town! I will be calling the corporate office!
