The automated shopping carts are deplorable. They are in terrible condition. One lady told the management that they needed to be replaced and she was told that they couldn't afford new ones. Ridiculous! Can never get through my shopping spree without the cart dying in the middle of the store. For a corporation as big as Walmart, that is unsatisfactory for a community with a large senior citizen population. If improvement is not made, Wies just just up the road a short distance. This complaint is also being sent to the corporate office.

The view at this Walmart gets four stars 🙂 surrounded by the mountains and in such a beautiful place- store was stocked standard aisles set up as per usual - self checkout option - reduced items in grocery not so reduced but I think that’s pretty standard anymore

Tunkhannock Wal-Mart is much better than the Wilkes-Barre. In W-B your
lucky to find two clerks. Everything thing is self- service.
