When calling in to CVS is ridiculous that you can’t talk with a human and have to battle the animated system. I can’t image doing this every time my prescriptions needed refilled.

Pharmacist never returns calls. Does not carry most of my prescriptions. Delivery or mail orders always incomplete or crushed. Even when I have refills on prescription they still give me a hassle on my refills! Tired of calling to speak with a human but never can!

Pharmacy never answers and it's been 3 days and my child is special needs and her meds are important. I left a message 3 days ago and they haven't returned my call. I call the front of the store and she took my info and just hung up. Not even a cordial bye. I am not mobile and I'm not from here so I have to pay to get down there. You would think there would be more car for people's medical needs.

Every time I go it’s another problem, another price, another excuse. No consistency. Rudeness , and disrespect. I feel really bad for the few good workers, because the majority of them are awful and have to make their job so much harder.

Has gone down hill since Ken the pharmacist left. Then now with Bob leaving I can imagine how much more worse it will get. The two new Asian or Chinese associates are so rude. The female has gotten combative with my husband asking for our script back. Then the male when I told him that my prescription wasn’t filled three weeks ago told me that it is what it is. Go to William Penn highway instead trust me they’re more professional and on the ball with getting things filled on time.

I just love this store They are so wonderful and friendly I get the best customer service here They know what I like and I never need to get a rain check cause they always have their shelves stocked to the Hilt and I don't need to ask where anything is They don't play hide and seek with their sale items I just love this place Thank you CVS for being our store Amy H Pedder
