Walked in, two people at the desk, neither one greeted or asked if I needed any help. No problem, I guess customer service is their strong suit. Pop Needed an oil filter, but couldn’t even buy it because there’s a five dollar minimum on credit card purchases.. Would’ve rather just pay the extra dollar and avoid having to Go to Walmart to get it, Would’ve like to give money to a small business, but oh well

Must hire the most incompetent drivers they can find! One of their male employees felt the need to force his van in front of me because he was in not in the correct lane to turn. He almost caused an accident by running into the side of my vehicle. He then proceeded to give me the finger although he was the one at fault. Real classy guy as well as professional for your business. Oh and to top it off and wasn’t afraid to point to the side of the van and tell me exactly where he worked and who I should contact about his reckless and despicable behavior. I unfortunately did not jot down the plate but if you had a male employee with brown hair and a full beard in the Harmar area around 1230 on 10/22/2025 you may want to check on his driving record.
