Seamlessly, they picked it up from the auction house, packaged it, crated it, and shipped to Canada without damage or shipping issues.There was a bit of a holdup at the border, but The Packaging Store went above and beyond to take control of the situation by switching commercial carriers to ensure safe, timely, and proper handling, along with broker administration and payment.In terms of packaging, they did an absolutely incredible job, from building multi-layers of reinforced cardboard and tailored foam shell down to the frame, to the crate, and to the specifically built pallet, along with instructive labels posted on all sides.I had a professional art handler assist in hanging the piece and he was very impressed by the packaging.A big thank you to all involved!”
“There is a REASON this ups has a 4.7 and all the other stores struggle to get above 3 stars. Viraj (the store manager) is one of the nicest kindest people I have met in my entire life. Every time you walk in he smiles and says hello and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Best of all, he gets people in and out and if someone is having an issue with an order, he’ll have someone help them on the side so he can keep the line moving. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes in line - I normally hate going to drop off packages but the people at this store are so nice it actually brightens my day! Cannot say enough good things!”

“Shipped a very valuable and expensive desktop computer across country, and these guys crated it fantastically. Delivery was a bit delayed but this was out of their control. Everything was custom built and fitted perfectly for minimal movement in transit. The thing actually turned on when plugged in which I did not expect at all. Bubble wrap and packing was very generous and well done. Highly recommend.”

I know it’s a hard job working at USPS so I appreciate the service quality and kindness the employees give their customers regularly! They also are so sweet when I have to stop in with my toddler. “I am and always have been a fan of Staples and its reward program. It is easy to use. Enjoy receiving points for my ink and toner (always using that at my office). Just purchased my new office chair yesterday at Telford Staples. Isn't it nice? Comfortable and good for 5 - 10 hours of work (which is a normal day for me working and taking care of employer and client business. In addition I use Staples for any posters and foamboard display items I need for conferences, biz expos and reunions/events. Love my Staples and am always satisfied with their services and products. Photo of the gray Traymore Manager chair I purchased on 6/11/24. So happy to replace my very old worn out task chair.”

I've visited many times, and is very convenient, especially for returning merchandise.I had to knock one star off because when I visited yesterday, there were at least fifteen customers waiting in line inside the not-large premises. The line didnʼt move for 5 minutes. Also, during this latest COVID spike, neither I nor the customer behind me were willing to wait 30 minutes inside, and we both decided to return later...I do hope I can increase my review back to a full five stars in the near future.”
